    The purpose of this form is for outside event requests to utilize Grace Central Coast facilities, including private events for Grace church family members or community members, and for outside organizations.
  • Thank you for your interest in using the facilities at one of our three campuses on the Central Coast! 

    Grace Central Coast seeks to be a church in the community, serving the community. We consider our campus to be an amazing resource that is not for us alone but to be used to serve our surrounding community. Whether you're a church family member or community member, we appreciate you taking the time to complete this form to help our staff process your request!

    Community Event Request Information and Requirements

    Please review the information below then submit the following form if you can agree to the requirements. Our Events Team will be in touch within 2-5 business days once your form is submitted.

    • Completing this form is not a guarantee of resources, room, and facilities availability. This form is intended to provide our Events Director with the information needed to evaluate organization eligibility, scheduling, logistics, and if the event generally aligns with our church's mission to help people find and follow Jesus. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this process.
    • We ask that all community event request submissions are completed at least 2 months in advance of the event to allow for sufficient review, processing and planning. We may not be able to approve late requests and your event will be at risk of not having access to centralized resources if submitted after this timeframe. We thank you for your understanding. 
    • As a recognized faith-based organization, we also have certain requirements for property usage under CA law that we must comply with based on our tax status. We generally can not host organizations that are not tax-exempt organizations, and we can not allow fundraising meetings or activities in most of our spaces. All of our spaces can be used by non-profits, public schools, or exempt government agencies on most church property if used for charitable, religious, hospital, or scientific purposes. Certain areas of the select campuses may be used by a for-profit, or a non-profit but non-charitable organization.
      • If you're an organization that's new to using our church's facilities, we'll ask that you provide documentation to confirm your tax-exempt status.
      • If you're unsure of your organization's eligibility for facility use, please complete this form accurately and the Events Director will review your request.
    • All approved outside events must provide Grace with a certificate of insurance naming Grace Central Coast as an "additional insured" ten days prior to the event. Minimum liability must be $500,000.
    • The use of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and/or illegal drugs is prohibited at all times on church property.
