Entertainment Showcase
This form is for entertainers that would like to participate in LVAPA's Entertainment Showcase on Thursday May 29, 2025. Location to be announced but will be held in the Lehigh Valley. Each entertainer will be given 10 minutes to introduce themselves and give a mini performance. We understand that this is a condensed version and we ask that you use minimal equipment, as you will only have 15 mins to set up and tear down.

Showcase Information
Submitting this form does not guarantee you a spot into our 2025 showcase. Entertainer participation will be chosen by LVAPA's board and members. Preference will be given to those who have not previously participated in an entertainment showcase. If you are accepted an email will be sent to you by May 1st for you to pick your preferred time.
Cost
If selected, entertainer must pay $10.00 when signing up for time slot.
I understand that if I am selected and I agree to participate the cost is $10.00 due at time slot sign up.
