The City of Sun Prairie is excited to host second annual Sustainability Fair on August 1, 2026! The city invites local businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor the fair. Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $1,500 with special recognition for each level. Please use this form to commit to a sponsorship opportunity for the Sun Prairie Sustainability Fair. Please note that the City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to deny sponsors, content, and messaging that may damage the City's reputation, mission, or vision. We encourage all vendors and exhibitors to host an interactive demonstration or activity at their booth. Please describe any interactive elements that your booth will host.

Our standard booth size is 10 feet x 10 feet. Do you require any space beyond the standard booth size? If so, please explain below & if not, please enter N/A.

As a low-waste fair, we ask that vendors/exhibitors do not bring items bound for the landfill such as disposable swag, flyers or pamphlets. We ask that you consider eco-conscious swag options and provide QR codes to online versions of flyers and pamphlets.

Exhibitors/vendors are responsible for bringing all equipment needed for their booth space including tables, chairs, and power sources (if needed). Booths will be setup in a greenspace, please plan accordingly. More information about the booth space will be provided closer to the fair.
