Tiered dues are estimated to fall between $800-$1000 (details coming soon). The sooner you apply and pay the better, since 90% of this money will be spent before the event and we will implement early-commit preferred dues. Please reach out with questions! If you choose to drive yourself or with friends, please know that you will not be allowed to park in camp and must park in Open Camp at a significant distance from camp.

Do you have a plan for your lodging/tent for camp, including anyone that will be sharing the tent or space with you.* This field is required.Our shaded village space will be divided in to 10 feet by 10 feet square plots, which should be sufficient space for most tents. We will not be allowing any styrofoam or fiberglass structures, as they are environmental disasters. Our space will not allow for everyone to have their own square plot for themselves, so we highly recommend you camp with a partner, friend, or a new IDEATE friend that you will make in the coming months. We will also be allowing no more than 5 RVs in to camp this year, which will come with an extra cost, and will be prioritizing medical or health needs. More info to come.
