Welcome to the registration page for the Southwest Cold Brew Clash!

It's Round 2! The coffee is colder and bolder,
and the competition is brewing!

The Details:
 -Cafes from the Southwest Region (New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas) are invited to submit their best cold brew in this year's contest.

-Participants must complete the registration form by Tuesday, April 1st, as well as submit 2 gallons of their cold brew in person to Plata Coffee (8325 2nd St NW, Los Rachos de Albuquerque, NM 87114) between the hours of 8 am and 1 pm on or before Friday, April 4th. 

-Submissions should be diluted or presented as they would be served (no concentrates), and should remain free of added flavors or sweeteners.

-Submission containers must be clearly labeled with the owner, contents, and date brewed. (If competitors would like their containers back, they must be picked up no later than 3 pm on Monday, April 8th at Plata Coffee).

The Timeline:

Prior to the Festival, submissions will be judged in a blind taste test based on the criteria of overall flavor, balance, body, and finish by a panel of coffee professionals and cold brew connoisseurs to determine a winner for Best Cold Brew. 

On Saturday, April 5th, cold brew samples will be given to the attendees of the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest, who will vote to determine the winner of the highly coveted Crowd Favorite award.

Winners will be announced on Saturday evening, April 5th, at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest.
