Explore the new Graphic Art studio at UVA! Imagination Station is now home to a fully functional computer lab with stations that include laptops and drawing tablets, a large scale printer and high resolution scanner. With full access to Adobe suite and instructors who are professional artists, this lab is designed to help you learn new tools and explore your creativity!

In this 6-week, hands on course, we will explore color theory, typography, layout and different Graphic Design styles to help make your design ideas come to life! Create a final project that could include a poster, a sticker design, digitize your 2D drawings, and more.

Open to ages 12+, class price includes all supplies, materials, and instruction.

During this learning experience, you and/or your child might have the opportunity to create art by using various instruments and tools that could cause injury, such as hot glue guns, scissors, carving tools, etc. Our instructors supervise all classes, but we ask that you agree to waive, indemnify, protect, and hold harmless The Umpqua Valley Arts Association, its members, instructors, teachers, employees, volunteers, and all private persons from any claim or liability whatsoever, including—but not limited to—personal injury, property damage, court costs, attorney fees and interests, however caused, resulting from participation in classes and camps.

I (we) authorize Umpqua Valley Arts Association and their representatives, to authorize medical attention by certified medical personnel (i.e. EMT, First Responder, E. R. Standards of Conduct

Students, visitors and staff are expected to maintain a standard of behavior conductive to the community spirit of learning and working at the Umpqua Valley Arts (UVA). Any individual in violation of these standards will not be allowed to continue classes and any remaining tuition will be forfeited. UVAA reserves the right to refuse enrollment as deemed appropriate by any staff member.

Special Needs - If a student has a special need or requires accommodation, including, if applicable, any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify the UVA staff.Artwork - UVA is not responsible for any artwork unclaimed for more than 30 days after final day of each class, workshop, or camp. Student artwork may be disposed of if not claimed by the 30th day after discontinuance. UVA will make every effort to contact via email/phone within the 30-day time frame.

Refund Policy
REFUNDS: Please check that you have read the following:*

Payment and Refund Policy: Full payment at time of registration is required. Up until two weeks prior to the start of the event, you will receive a full refund (minus a $10 service charge) should you need to cancel your registration. However, cancellations made after this two-week time frame are nonrefundable. Should UVA cancel the event, all participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future classes.
