By submitting this new customer form, I understand and agree to all of the following: ✅ Screen-Shot all below for future reference😊 ✅ All sales are final. Exchanges, put-backs and returns are not allowed. Please claim responsibly. ✅ All jewelry is sent in good condition as presented in the live, and mailed in protective care in an attempt to prevent damage from mail transport- All packages come with $100 insurance coverage. Destash Dreams is not responsible for lost/damaged packages done by the carrier. All insurance claims are to be filed with the carrier by the customer. ✅All communication must be made via email to Destash_Dreams@yahoo.com Customer is responsible to notify a change of address via email, and by completing a New Customer JotForm. Customer is responsible for new shipping charges in full (as it sometimes exceeds the $7), in the event package needs to be remailed. ✅Payment for all claims is due by the end of the live. Customer is responsible for requesting balance due prior to leaving the live or the live ending. ✅Any/all charge-backs will be shared with other destashers. ✅All internation shipping has a flat rate of $35 for up to 1lb 15oz. ✅Destash Dreams accepts Friends and Family ONLY with an emoji in the comment field, I do not allow Goods and Services. Customer is responsible for adding an additional 3% to the total claims, should G&S be a must. ✅ Shipping is as follows: $7/Once a week, with a minimum of 2 full live shows held every Wed. & Fri evening as posted(I sometimes squeeze a 3rd live in 😊). All bags are packaged on Sunday (tracking # sent via email), and shipped out Monday Morning (subject to change due to holiday/unforeseen circumstances). Any variation in the normal weekly shipping will be clearly posted. Shipping will be posted clearly on my live for $5 on weeks I’m unable to commit to 2 full shows. Bags are not held. ✅ All coupons / Love-Aways are once per bag. No doubling ✅ You are appreciated and valued 😊ty ~ Jamie
