4th Annual Mamapreneur-of-the-Year Nomination Form

Please use this form to nominate yourself or a deserving sistah who holds the title of both mom and entrepreneur. Three finalists will be selected based on the most compelling applications. The public will then vote between the three finalists to determine who should be selected as Mamapreneur of the Year.

Timeline:

Submission Deadline - Friday, April 11th

3 Finalists Announced - Monday, April 14th

Public Voting - April 14th through April 21st

Winner Announced - Saturday, May 3rd at the Mamapreneur Brunch & Awards
