Available homes will be posted on the StoneRidge website located at StoneRidgeaz.com/homes and will be labeled as "Status: Available". All homes will be available for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis. Buyer should be prepared to go to contract within 5 business days of their offer. Be aware that an earnest deposit of $50,000 will be required to enter into a Purchase Agreement. Contracts will be written on StoneRidge's in-house Purchase Agreement which is available for viewing at the StoneRidge Sales Office. Include as much information as possible on the Offer Form as all information will be considered.

Please be aware that this home is likely still under construction and your safety as well as the safety of our construction personnel is of utmost importance. For this reason, we ask that you honor our commitment to safety and do not attempt to enter the property unaccompanied by a StoneRidge representative.
