The project will equip Policy Fellows with the knowledge and skills to develop gender-responsive policy innovations. Policy Fellows will then conceptualize and implement gender responsive Policy Innovation Projects (PIPs) in their area of expertise.

Mentoring is an important part of the GRASP Fellowship.

Each AWARD Policy Fellow will be coached by a Mentor who is a seasoned policy expert. He/she will be a role model/source of inspiration to you and provide professional advice, technical support, encouragement, constructive feedback, and suggestions for improvement throughout the Fellowship.
