    The Golden Bridge Awards 2026 application involves a preliminary review comprising an assessment of this application form and a five-minute video pitch. If you are unable to provide a video we request you upload a detailed pitchdeck to be reviewed. Kindly upload the video pitch/ pitchdeck along with your company logo. If you advance to the next stage, you will be required to participate in an in-person pitching session before a professional jury.

    I have read the terms and conditions for this category and the business is eligible to enter the award

    1.  All Belgian and Luxembourg companies in the manufacturing or service sector can apply.
    2.  Companies must have been active on the UK market for a minimum of three years.
    3.  The Head Office must be registered on the Belgian or Luxembourg Trade Register.
    4.  Subsidiary companies can also apply but documentation must be submitted by the Head Office.
    5.  The products or services must have their origins in Belgium or Luxembourg.Entries are treated in confidence but will be shared with a select group of experts for judging purposes.
    6.  All entries must be electronic.
    7.  Please note the maximum word count for any entry is 2000 words plus another 2000 based on the questions specified to your Award. If your entry exceeds this word count it will not be accepted and you will not be notified.
    8.  Entrants may be asked for staff or customer testimonials.
    9.  Closing date for entries: Sunday 16th November 2025
    10. Nominated companies will be invited to present their company to the Jury in person in London on one of the jury dates: Tuesday 2nd December 2025 or Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
    11. Award winners will be announced at the Golden Bridge Award Ceremony on Thursday 5th February 2026 at the BLCC Clubhouse Ballroom at Trafalgar Square in London.
    12. Entry to more than one category is permitted.
    13. Incomplete entries will not be judged.
    14. All entries that meet all of the rules will be acknowledged on receipt. Entry forms will become the property of the BLCC and entries will not be returned.
    15. The BLCC reserves the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied.
    16. The judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
    17. Please be advised that Entrants that are chosen as finalists shall be required to join a 30 minute introduction meeting with any sponsor of the event if requested by the sponsor.
    18. Please be advised that Entrant's details shall be passed on to any sponsor of the event. This shall exclude any personal details or contact details such as email addresses or phone numbers)
    19. Please be advised that Entrants chosen to be a finalist shall be required to purchase a table of 8 at the awards evening (the cost of the table shall be £1000 + VAT where applicable). This includes a reception, 3 course meal, entertainment and the awards evening.
    20. By registering and completing an entry for the Awards you agree to these terms and conditions.
