Participant Agreement & Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that by participating in Puppy Yoga hosted by CT Puppy Yoga, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event. I agree to the following terms:
1. Indemnification & Assumption of Risk
I understand that:

Live animals (puppies) will be present at this event, and their behavior may be unpredictable. This includes, but is not limited to, jumping, scratching, chewing, and minor biting.

CT Puppy Yoga, Nicole Patrick, Litchfield Perfect Pups, Ruchika Tyagi, Goshen Recreation , and all event organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages (personal or property) that may occur before, during, or after the event.
I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in this event, including interactions with puppies and participation in yoga activities.

I agree to waive and release any and all claims against CT Puppy Yoga, Nicole Patrick, Litchfield Perfect Pups, Ruchika Tyagi, Goshen Recreation Department, event organizers, and their staff for any losses, damages, expenses, or fees resulting from my participation.
2. Safety Risks Involving Live Animals

I acknowledge that even well-socialized puppies may exhibit behaviors that could result in injury, including scratching, biting, or unpredictable movement.

I agree to follow all event staff instructions regarding puppy interaction and safety guidelines.

I understand that it is my responsibility to exercise caution and awareness when interacting with the puppies.
3. Photo & Video Release

I grant CT Puppy Yoga, and their affiliates the right to photograph, film, and use images and videos of me for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. I understand that:

These images may be used in print, digital, or video formats without compensation to me.

All images and digital files are the property of CT Puppy Yoga, which reserves the right to use them for future promotions.

If I do not consent to being photographed or recorded, I will notify the event staff before the event begins.
