Our default frosting is a classic crusting buttercream that dries so the cookies can withstand being stacked and handled. It is made with Vanilla Extract and colored according to the design. If you would like another flavor for your white and colored frostings, you can choose them below.

Chocolate is only used for brown and black colors. If your design does not contain black or brown, you cannot request chocolate as a frosting flavor. If your design includes black and/or brown and you do not want chocolate frosting, please indicate that below.

Please note that baked goods purchased from Helen & Ava's are prepared in a home kitchen that also processes common allergens, including wheat, dairy, soy, and nuts. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with allergies should exercise caution and consume at their own risk.

Please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last-minute orders when accepted. When placing an order there will be a non-refundable deposit required (at least 50%) or payment in full in order to secure your order and the date requested. If payment is not made within 48 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your desired date might not be available. Your order is not in our system until payment has been made and cleared. Once the deposit is received, we will contact you to confirm order details. We will send final confirmation with order details within one week before the order is to be picked up/delievered. Once your order has been officially confirmed, there will be no changes. The remaining percentage of your order total can be paid at the time of pick up/delivery.

*Delivery is not available in all areas. Delivery fee includes delivery to your home, job, or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up). Delivery starts at $10 and total cost will depend on distance. The pickup location is within the 55106 Saint Paul, Minnesota zip code.

No deliveries or pick-ups will be made before 7 am or after 8 pm.

Setup is a separate fee and is not included in the delivery cost.

**Please note that Helen & Ava's CANNOT/WILL NOT replicate another cake artist's work but can use inspirational pictures to create something similar with a unique touch.

Helen & Ava's reserves the right to refuse an order.

To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in an inconvenience/rush order fee.
