Participation: The Board Risk Committee reserves the right to restrict participation in this event at its sole discretion.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Should your plans change and you become unable to attend for any reason, kindly inform us by emailing our events team team@boardriskcommittee.org four weeks prior to the event at no penalty. If you cancel less than four weeks prior to the event date, no refunds will be permitted but you may request a courtesy transfer to use at a Board Risk Committee event of equal or lesser value, to be used within one year of the date of your originally scheduled event. If you fail to cancel and do not show for the event, no refund or transfer will be given.
Release for Use of Name and Likeness: The Board Risk Committee may film, photograph or audio record portions of the event, including lectures and interactions in common areas. These recordings may be archived and used for educational and commercial purposes. By attending, you authorize the Board Risk Committee and those acting pursuant to its authority, to record your participation and appearance in all media and/or distribution formats, now known and hereafter developed for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, educational, sales, trade, and promotional purposes.
