Presentation Guidelines

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes in length - this equates to approximately 20-25 slides for presentations and 7 pages for papers. Presenters may be partnered with other presenters on common themes and subjects. All presenters will receive a certificate stating they gave a presentation for use in continuing education, accreditation, or certification.

We also welcome session proposals consisting of 4 to 6 presentations on a common theme. Please provide session information as an abstract with a list of presenters. Individual presentation abstracts are still needed.

Vendor presentations are welcomed if they are focused on general solutions, ideas, and geospatial topics, not marketing of specific products.

Abstracts are due by April 2, 2025 5:00 p.m.

Abstract: Your abstract should convince Conference Attendees to attend your presentation or session. To be effective and create interest, it should provide a brief, clear, and concise reflection of the content. The abstract should only be one paragraph of between 150 to 250 words in length.*
