TUFF+ House Configurator

Each of the chosen ECONOMY HOUSE KITS will have common questions, but different layouts. You can only choose one house layout at a time, but if you don't find what you are looking for, you can go back and choose another plan!

All ECONOMY plans have a fixed exterior wall layout, and a set position for the standard washroom including vanity, shower and toilet.

They are configurable in a number of ways. The interior plan will be chosen from the range of house layouts.

TUFF+ Economy kits can be differentiated by the choice of ACP or WPS cladding to give a huge range of colors and finishes, which can be viewed in the TUFF+ Product section.

House modules can be linked to form further office or living areas!

The first step is to decide what is the closest layout for the interior walls. These can be viewed on the PLAN page for the chosen house kit.

PREMIER TUFF+ House Kits are one or two story homes with a more flexible modular room approach to both external and internal walls. Internal features can be configured.

Once plans have been finalized and approved it takes about 2 months for prefabrication, and up to 2 months for deliver to port.

 Select your choices from the range of modules available, and include packaged on-suite washrooms, cabinets and other options so that we can configure your best solution.

PRESTIGE TUFF+ House Kits are built to any architectural plan.

Using TUFF+ INTERLOCK FIREPROOF building method as shown, any house plan can be prefabricated and supplied.
