When do I need to deliver my Garden Art works?
Delivery of Garden Art works needs to take place between Wednesday 29 October and Saturday 1 November between 9.30am and 4.00pm.
Where do I need to deliver my Garden Art works?

Please note:
- The Officers Mess is a heritage building and we are not permitted to attach works to the walls or ceilings.
Can I deliver additional works that are not logged on the 'Garden Art Series Proposal' form?
No, only works that have been accepted on the Garden Art Series Proposal Form can be delivered to the Gallery.
Can I make changes to the works that I plan to deliver or to the pricing of my works?
Yes but only until Saturday 13 September 2025.
- Artists will need to confirm all details of the works that they are delivering by Saturday 13 September 2025.
- No additional works or price changes can be made after this date without the agreement of the curatorial team.
- Artists will be sent a reminder to check this information in August.
Pricing guidelines
- Pricing includes the NZSOS commission of 40%.
- Please can all price points end in a '5' eg $95 or a '0' eg $250.
- Pricing must match that of 'like' items on other websites or retail sites during the exhibition (7 - 23 November 2025)
Artist payments
- Payment will be made for all items sold at the event by 15 December 2025.
- Payment for works ordered but not delivered by the end of the event will be made once goods are delivered.
Return of unsold works
- All unsold works must be picked up from the gallery either on Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 November between 9.30am and 3.00pm.
- We have no storage facilities after this date to accommodate works as we have to vacate the site. We cannot guarantee the safety of works not picked up by 25 November 3.00pm and they are not covered by our Insurance Policy.
- Works will only be couriered back to artists if this is pre-arranged with the gallery team and return packaging and courier labels provided by the artist.
- We cannot courier anything back to artists without return courier labels being provided.
