Salamanca Arts Centre

Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) is currently seeking applications for inclusion in the SOCIAL 2025 Calendar (mid April - December 2026).

Salamanca Arts Centre assesses applications for SOCIAL twice annually, with the due dates for submissions as 30 April and 30 September each year (excluding special rounds).

Applications are sought from Commercial Galleries, Arts Organisations, Solo and Groups of Artists for Exhibitions, Workshops and small-scale Events (such as book / product launches).

Lift Upgrades in 2026

Applicants are advised that upgrades to the Lift (located in the Courtyard) are scheduled for sometime in 2026. We have requested that NRE, the State Department who is managing the new Lift Tender and Replacement process, schedule the proposed works from mid July until September 2026. To date we are yet to receive any confirmation from NRE as to the timing of the Lift Replacement Works. Once the Replacement Works commence, these will impact the Courtyard and the Venues adjacent to the Courtyard. The works will be noisy (at times), and there will be no Lift Access to Levels 1 or 2 within the Arts Centre.
Please consider these impacts if you are planning an exhibition / event from mid July - end of September 2026, but also keep in contact with us about updates regarding the proposed works.
