You’re working on a team project, and your supervisor discovers serious mistakes in the data input and analysis, areas you were responsible for. It’s Friday at 5 PM, and the final report is due Monday morning. Fixing the issues may take up to 8 working hours. Because of the errors, your supervisor now asks you to frequently report your progress after each major analysis step. The good news is that your supervisor is open to working late and through the weekend if needed. What would you do in this situation? How would you handle both the mistake and the steps required to fix it under pressure?

Nowadays, many companies do work online. However, as an intern, we ask you to be at the office everyday during the entire business hours (with penalties for coming late). Sometimes, you might be the only one there. How can you make sure you don't come late to work each day? And how you would stay motivated and maintain high performance in that kind of environment?

You are interning at CDI. One morning, your supervisor assigns you three tasks to be completed by the end of the day: (1) summarize 5 expert interview transcripts (each 3–4 pages) into concise bullet points, (2) search for Vietnamese consumer data related to a specific kitchen appliance and translate key findings into English, and (3) review a list of 200 store addresses in Excel to find duplicates and fix formatting issues. At the same time, a teammate asks for urgent help preparing a few slides for a client meeting happening the next morning. How would you handle this situation? Please explain how you would prioritize, organize your time, and ensure quality across all tasks.
