If you are responsible for coordinating or convening anchor networks, systems or collectives, and are interested in working with a supportive group of peers to explore solutions to shared challenges, now is your chance to sign up for this action learning set programme from HALN, which is starting in June.
Action learning sets are small groups of people who meet over a series of sessions to share learning, problem solve around specific topics, and dive into areas of work they have in common Find out more about this learning set and what you will gain by joining.
Key information
- The learning set runs over 8 months and meets roughly every 8 weeks for 1.5 hours
- Sets will be held online, on Zoom, and will be highly participative
- There may be a small amount of pre-reading or work before each set, usually for no more than 30 minutes
- After registering, the HALN team will be in touch to confirm your place and share joining instructions and pre-reading
- Please note that we cannot guarantee a place for everyone in the Learning Set, as we will limit numbers to create an environment that supports effective peer learning. Places will be allocated to those who are likely to benefit the most from participating.
Dates and attendance
The learning set works best when a small group meets consistently over a set period of time. Therefore, we encourage people to ensure they are able to attend the majority of the sessions before they register. We know that plans change and it may not always be possible to attend all of the sessions. Please do reach out if you would like to chat about this (hello@haln.org.uk).
