Please Read Thoroughly!

All new clients must respect and follow these salon boundaries to be considered for any hair services with Co-Stylist Shaylee Coate.

>We respectfully request that all clients follow our salons 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule you may do so via our online booking page or by contacting Shaylee to arrange your appointment to a different date.

Per our policy if clients cancel or need to reschedule outside of that 48hr window you will be allowed to change your appointment with 1 graceful change without any additional charges.

After that initial grace period any clients who cancel or reschedule will be required to pay a rebooking fee of $25 to ensure that our time is not being taken advantage of or wasted. Must be paid by invoice within 24hrs to book any future appointments at SalonAu!

We do have the right to decline any rescheduling due to rescheduling to many times or not respecting our cancellation policy.

No Showing your appointment with NO communication will result in NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS & you will be placed on our naughty list.

Refunds & Adjustments:

There will be NO refunds given for any services or retail products. -No exceptions!
However there will be complementary adjustments given if your hair needs any changes because of any stylist wrong doing.

Any communication that you are unhappy with your hair will need to be addressed within 48 hours of your appointment.

>Client will allow Shaylee to adjust your hair so she can learn from her mistake. If client doesn't want her to fix it to make it right.

>If client leaves salon saying they LOVE their hair and then communicates with either Shaylee or Michelle Golden Hairstylist they are unhappy and want to change something that was not in the original hair appointment there will be additional charges to adjust.

>Client is able to request that Michelle Golden Hairspray & owner of SalonAu to fix or make adjustments to any hair services that Co-Stylist Shaylee performed. However Shaylee will be present to watch how to fix the hair so she can learn and grow as a stylist.
