Q. How should I dress for the Hiring Event?

A. Please come interview-ready. All attendees that wish to interview for a position should dress in business or business-casual attire.

Q. What if I am not able to make it to the in-person Hiring Event?

A. For specific cases, requests for virtual interviews can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are in need of a virtual interview, please be sure to review and complete the 'virtual interview request' section of this form and a member of HR will review your request.

Q. How should I prepare for the hiring event?

A. Please come 'Offer Ready' (have your driver's license/state ID and social/birthcertificate ready) just in case an offer is made on site. Please appropriate time in your schedule for this event as we expect to have a great turnout. Interviews will be conducted based on order of arrival.

Q. Where do I report to/check-in for the Hiring Event?

A. You will check-in at the Liberty Regional Medical Center Annex, which is located directly behind Coastal Manor Nursing Home (73 Coastal Manor Drive, Ludowici, GA 31316). Once you turn off of Hwy 84, continue past Coastal Manor Nursing Home on your right, and you will enter the parking lot for the Annex building. An interview will not be conducted until attendee has been checked in.

Q. Am I guaranteed an offer if I attend the Hiring Event?

A. There is not a guarantee that an offer will be made on-site. There are some departments that will be making offers on site, however some offers may be made as a follow-up to the event. If you do not hear anything on the day of the hiring event, this is not a definitive 'yes' or 'no', however, if you are not selected for a particular position, you will be properly notified.
