FESTIVAL / EVENT AVAILABILITY

Volunteers are asked to come at least 3 hours (OR when asked by the Volunteer Coordinator(s)) prior to and until end of event if available. Duties will include, but not limited to helping vendors, directing vehicle and / or foot traffic, assisting other staff members, assisting with staff set up, assuring vendors and staff leave venue area clean, breakdown of staff area(s).

VOLUNTEER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I agree to arrive on time, and to advise the SIPRA staff well in advance if my availability changes.
2. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of the SIPRA Volunteer Coordinator(s)and event staff.
3. I agree to arrive at the scheduled time so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue.
4. I will not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. I agree to advise SIRPA staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.
6. I agree to inform SIPRA staff immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.
7. As a member of the SIPRA team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.
8. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with SIPRA staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.
9. I understand that I am volunteering my services to SIPRA staff and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
10. If under 18, I have parental consent to participate as a volunteer.
