LOCnificent Fest - 2023 Vendor Application

Welcome to LOCnificent Fest 7.0

This is more than a vendor market—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and creativity. Our 100% indoor venue offers a two-level experience with music, performances, and vibes that center natural hair and the diaspora.

Vendor slots are limited and highly curated. Please read the tier descriptions carefully before applying. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once accepted.

Note: We are not selecting food vendors this year since the venue has a full kitchen.

DATE: Sunday, October 5, 2025

TIME: 3pm – 10pm

LOCATION: Atolye Venue & Bar, 236B 6th St, Brooklyn, NY

Application deadline is Friday, September 12, 2025!

Applicants will be contacted no later than Monday, September 15th regarding the selection process and status of their application.

Vendor fees range from $225 - $1100 and are due upon application approval and no later than Friday, September 19th.

If the fee is not recieved by the deadline, your space will be given to a vendor on the waitlist.

Small Business Vendor (Basic) – $225
Bring-your-own 6ft table +2 chairs. 8x6 space. Located on main floor or mezzanine
Small Business Vendor (Standard) – $250
Includes 6ft table + 2 chairs. 8x6 space. Located on main floor or mezzanine
Small Business Vendor (Premium) – $350
Includes 6ft table + chairs + placement in high-traffic area (near stage/photo zone) + custom flier + social media spotlight
Corporate Brand Vendor – $800
10x10 space with table/chairs + social media spotlight
Corporate Plus Brand Vendor – $1100
10x10 space with table/chairs + logo display + IG feature + newsletter mention + signage placement at event + marketing table add-on

LOGISTICS

Vendor set-up will be at 1:00PM. This event is being held at an indoor, ground floor venue, so loading should not be an issue.
It is recommended that you prep your station with lighting that does not require electricity. Lights might be dimmed the last 2-3 hours of the event.
Vendors are responsible for their own display setup, i.e. tablecloths. Displays should not extend outside of the designated space provided. Example: Racks, displays, banners, etc., cannot extend outside of Vendor Space. Fashion vendors with clothing racks, and other large displays please email us to discuss options.
