    All Carriages will recieve a $100 donation and Horseman Bag complete with our Annual Keepsake Ornament.

    Christmas Festival in Lebanon, Ohio, on Dec. 6, 2025 WHEREAS, the City requires that an applicant execute a release and indemnification agreement. WHEREAS, the undersigned has applied to participate in the Lebanon Carriage Parade & Christmas Festival in order to participate in the parade; NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned agrees as follows:.org (email best)

  • Indemnication Statement

    Indemnification: Applicant, while participating in the Lebanon Carriage Parade & Christmas Festival, shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Lebanon, the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., their agents and officers against all claims for personal injury, death and/or property damage occurring in connection with participation in the Festival. Applicant agrees to assume, indemnify and save harmless the City of Lebanon, the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc., their agents and officers from and against all claims, liability, costs and expense for any and all loss, damage or destruction of property (including that of the City, the undersigned and third persons), and for any and all injury, death or their casualty of persons (including employees and customers of the undersigned and third persons), resulting directly or indirectly from the undersigned's participation in the Festival. In no event shall the City of Lebanon or the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce be liable to any person for consequential damages resulting from the undersigned's participation in the Festival.

  • Procedures


    • Parade times: 1:00pm and 7:00pm
    • Arrival times: By 10:00am for 1:00pm parade and by 4:00pm for 7:00pm parade
    • Vehicles in staging area must display parking pass on dashboard
    • Pass pre-parade(s) safety inspection
    • All units must have a lead rope held by out walkers, and harness, bridal and lines attached
    • Banners, political signs and/or throwing of candy not allowed during parade
    • Parade Committee reserves the right to bar or remove from the parade any unit deemed unacceptable or not following proper procedures

  • Check in and Hospitality

     

    We are planning to utilize both Berry Intermediate School and the Transportation lot for staging this year. Check in will be at Berry Intermediate School, and you will receive your parade packet at that time. Packets include parade number, parade ornament and wrist bands for complimentary meals. Restrooms and a hospitality room will be available, and we will be serving complimentary meals before and between the two parades for participants.
