2025 ALPFA's Latinas to Watch

ALPFA is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Latinas to Watch list, recognizing 75 high-impact Latina professionals and entrepreneurs who are shaping industries, driving business success, and making meaningful contributions to their fields. We invite you to nominate a standout Latina who is leading at the director or executive level—or building and scaling a six-figure business—and is known for her leadership, innovation, and influence. Help us spotlight the Latinas who are changing the game and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
UPDATE: In keeping with ALPFA’s inclusive approach, as we have always been, our programs and recognitions are open to all applicants. We encourage submissions that align with the intent and criteria of each list.
Latinas to Watch are high-impact leaders who meet the following criteria:
- Career Level: Director- to executive-level professionals OR entrepreneurs leading six-figure businesses
- Business Impact & Innovation: Recognized leaders who have demonstrated measurable impact in driving business success, industry advancement, and innovation
- Thought Leadership & Expertise: Recognized as thought leaders and experts and respected voices, shaping conversations in key sectors
- Leadership Influence: Demonstrative of a track record of leadership influence within their organizations and professional networks
- Community & Industry Contribution: Making a meaningful contribution to their communities or industries through board service, mentorship, advocacy, or social initiatives
