Time Management:
Please arrive on time. If over 10 minutes late without notice, the lesson may be canceled (no refunds).
Payment Policy
Lesson fees are due before each lesson. Automatic payments will be set up by Sarah, stopping only with an official cancellation form.
Late Payments
A $25 late fee may apply if failed payment is not promptly resolved.
Adding Extra Sessions:
No notice is needed to add extra sessions. Just inform your coach, and Sarah will adjust the fee.
Makeup Policy:
Please provide 24-hour notice. Frequent requests will be limited to 1x/month, expiring based on coach availability.
Vacation Time:
Payments do not pause for vacation. Please give adequate notice so makeups can be pre-scheduled.
Terminating Lessons/Changing Frequency to Less:
Notice by the 1st of the month is required to terminate lessons or change frequency. If not canceled by the 1st, the next month's fee applies.
Cancellation Form:
To officially cancel, you must formally submit your cancelation form by clicking HERE
If this form is not submitted, you will not be officially cancelled.
