This is an INDOOR ONE DAY EVENT
SPACE IS LIMITED
Please read carefully! This a rain or shine event. Whispering Willow Productions and its organizers are not responsible for accidents and or lost/stolen goods. Vendors are solely responsible for filing sales tax. This event will take place indoors. After submitting your request to be a vendor if approved you must complete payment upon receiving invoice. Your spot is not secure until payment is received. First come, First served. For Artisians, priority goes to handcrafted items. A limited amount of what type of vendor is accepted. (Example: 2 jewelry vendors, 2 crochet vendors, etc.) NO MLM companies ALLOWED. NO REFUNDS. Money collected goes to venue, social media advertising and local advertising for event.
Donations from each vendor is encouraged but not required. These donated items will go into a raffle basket for the charity chosen. If you choose to donate an item please bring it to the registeration table before set up.
Set up will be Saturday at 9:00am. Be prepared to be ready to greet your customers at 11:00am sharp. Tear down will be at 6:00pm. You are not allowed to tear down before 6pm on Saturday, doing so will result in not being invited back.
We are not responsible for any missing items. Please designate if you require electricity. It is LIMITED and we cannot guarantee it. Sales tax reporting is solely the vendor's responsibility. Whispering Willow Productions is not responsible for tax reporting on the behalf of any vendor.
Prices are for SPACES not Tables. Please be prepared to provide you own tables and chairs. We ask you be friendly to your neighbors and do not encroach on their space with your displays. If have a large display purchase two spaces.
Food Trucks will be available for your dietary needs.
