Terms and Conditions

1. The seller has the right to cancel transactions with disrespectful or bogus buyers.
2. All orders in the order confirmation sent to the buyer are considered final.
Cancellation of orders is not allowed and down payment is non-refundable except for items stated in number 8.
3. All orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. All orders are exclusive of packaging fee and local shipping fee.
5. Payment must be sent to the payment details stated in the form on or before the deadline of payment stated in the order confirmation.
A late payment fee of ₱50 per day will be charged to the buyer.
6. The seller cannot be held liable for any delays in shipment caused by the supplier or the courier.
7. All orders will be packed securely.
No refunds will be made by the seller for damaged items or missing parcels caused by mishandling of the courier.
The buyer should make sure to record a complete, uncut, and unedited unboxing video so the seller can help them raise the concern to the courier in case an issue arises.
8. Refunds will be made by the seller only for the following:
- Items that are out of stock
- Items that were not shipped out by the supplier
- Items included in orders that were canceled by the supplier
- Items included in orders that did not push through
9. Refunds will be sent back to the buyers 1 day after the supplier has refunded the seller.
10. Transferring of slots is not allowed. All transactions will be settled between the seller and the buyer who claimed the item/s to avoid any errors in order processing. Change of receiver's shipping address is allowed.
11. All information submitted to the seller will be deleted upon completion of the transaction.
