Under the Specially Protected Areas Regulations, a permit is required to operate a drone at an altitude of less than 200m above ground level.
Operation of a drone also requires a permission under the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Ordinance 2013. You must also contact Air Safety Support International at enquiries@airsafety.aero to obtain this permission.
