Vendor Expectations & Rules – Fairytale Fest 2025

Theme Compliance: All vendor tents and products must align with the fairytale, fantasy, or mystical theme. This includes elements inspired by fairies, mythical creatures, enchanted forests, medieval fantasy, dinosaurs, and other whimsical storytelling themes. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be rejected.

Photo Requirements: Product and tent photos must be clear, high-quality, and uncluttered. These images will be used for marketing purposes, so we encourage vendors to showcase their booths in the best possible way.

Payment Deadline: Vendors will have 48 hours to submit payment after receiving their acceptance notification and invoice. Failure to do so may result in the spot being given to the next vendor on the waiting list.

Please ensure that you apply using an email that you check regularly.

Booth Information

Please note that we will not be accepting duplicate vendors for this event. If selected, you will receive payment instructions for your booth fee. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in your spot being offered to the next applicant.
Booth Cost:

10x10 Space: $60

Food/Vendors Truck: $100

Important Details:
- Vendors must provide their own pop-up tents, tables, and chairs, as these will not be supplied by Fairytale Fest.
- Electricity will not be available for vendors, except for musical acts.
- Restrooms and sinks will be accessible within the festival grounds.
- All payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

We are looking for vendors who cater to families and children, as well as those who offer fairytale-themed products. This includes anything inspired by fairies, mystical creatures, monsters, dinosaurs, and other enchanting elements that bring stories to life. (We will not accept any MLMs)
