How to Register:

NOTE: Payment is now required at time of registration, and is part of this registration form. (The payment schedule is at the bottom of this form)
1. Complete Section 1 - PLAYER INFO for your athlete.
2. Complete Section 2 - PAYMENT PROCESSING to post payment for your athlete.
3. Once you preview your answers, be sure to hit the "SUBMIT" button, and you will see a "Thank You" window, letting you know we received your registration and payment.
- Currently, the registration and payment for each player must be submitted together.
- *NOTE: If you should ever need to go to the PAYMENT PROCESSING form without going through registering a player (to add any additional payment or fee(s) if applicable), you can Click here to go to "Payment Processing Form".
- Please don't wait, spaces do fill up, and will be taken first-come, first-served by those who complete both steps of the registration-- submit the PLAYER INFO and POST PAYMENT.
