Employees, Volunteers and Board Members of She's My Sister South Atlanta will maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and will share sensitive information only with those who have a need to know. This includes information about the internal operations of She's My Sister as well as information about the women we serve, our staff, volunteers, and partnering agencies. Any access or disclosure of confidential information must meet a legitimate business need and include only the minimum amount of information necessary to achieve that business purpose. You have an obligation under the law to maintain strict confidentiality concerning the business of She's My Sister, its current and former employees and volunteers, as well as any information concerning the women we support. Confidentiality is a matter of the utmost concern to She's My Sister and you should be sensitive to the fact that breach of these obligations may result in termination of employment, removal from the organization, removal from leadership position and or legal action. Please note that even if your employment, volunteer or leadership relationship has ended, you have a continuing obligation under the law to maintain strict confidentiality concerning the business of She's My Sister South Atlanta.
I understand and acknowledge that by virtue of my position, I will receive confidential information pertaining to the activities, operations, the business of She's My Sister South Atlanta and/or personal information of the women we serve and I acknowledge that disclosure of such confidential information may be prejudicial to the interests of She's My Sister South Atlanta.
