Summer Camp Registration

Welcome to Madison Valley Adventure Academy Summer Camp. Come for one week, multiple weeks, or the whole summer. Our camp is filled with outdoor fun, crafts, science, games, and group activities to keep your child engaged and learning all summer long.
Details

Registrations will be accepted on a “First come, First served” basis. Registration will close when all spots are filled. Camp hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A $25 non refundable deposit is due at time of registration. Cost is $200 per week per camper. Payment is required by May 25, June 22, and July 27 and can be paid via cash, check, or via square invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist. If camp is held, there will be NO REFUNDS offered. If camp is canceled for some unforeseen reason, we will address refunds at that time. If you register for a camp that is full, you will be added to the waitlist.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Madison Valley Adventure Academy (MVAA) during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by MVAA, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless MVAA and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against MVAA including all employees, volunteers, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all summer camp activities such as illness, injury, or in extreme cases, permanent disability or death.
