This event will only be cancelled if severe seek shelter weather is forecasted! ****Gates open for preregistered cars at 8:00am. Please don’t show up before 6:30 Am! Please Note, Unregistered / Day of participants will not gain entry until 9:00 am and / Or until capacity is reached ! So please don’t show up before 9:00AM! Registration for judging closes at 11:00AM! Or until capacity is filled! * Judging begins at 10:00am.➡️ For those who wish to have their cards, judged, please install your window card with your registration number on the out side of the driver side windshield ! The judges will not reach into your vehicles to put the appropriate tags on your window card. ✅ ➡️ for those of you that don’t wish to have your cars judged, feel free to lie your dash card on your seat, but keep it handy because you will still be eligible to win all the amazing door prizes up for grabs! Everyone must bring their registration card up to the front to collect their Door prizes! ➡️Awards ceremony begins at 3:00 pm * Door prize draws happening throughout the day. ➡️ You and your car must be there at the time of the door prize draws in order to win! Good Luck! Please note, only show car participants are eligible to win door prizes and to purchase more door prize tickets . *All winners must be present at the show to collect there door prizes!

Awards and Judging info
* Once again, we are excited to offer a panel of judges that are headed by our esteemed multi award winning builder and national judge Mr. Glenn Botting all the way from new Brunswick! * 28 Classes will be awarded a custom Class Winner trophy! * New this year, * We have added 13 sponsor picks that the winners will each receive a custom slate plaque sponsor award! * A total of 41 awards will be up for grabs! * The Judges will choose the appropriate class or classes that your vehicle will be entered into.
* $20 Entry fee includes one car, driver and a plus one. Each subsequent passenger will be $5. * Children 15 yrs and under are free! * Each entry also comes with one free door prize ticket! *Spectators will be charged a $5 entrance fee. If your trailering your ride, we have a section for that. Pre registered will be given priority .
Once again, All proceeds from this event are being donated to *The Muskoka - Parry Sound CMHA
Preregistration Information
* With preregistration ($20 paid in cash please on the day of at the gate), * By pre registering you are automatically entered into our early bird, VIP draw prize which has a $1,500.00 prize value. Prize package consists of: * free VIP entrance into our car show for 2 * A 2 night stay at the beautiful Beaver Point Cottages (Friday July 18th & Saturday July 19th 2025) On the water and just steps away from Tom Thomson Park in South River. * An amazing gift basket with gift cards from local businesses/restaurants and swag. *The winner of the Early bird Prize will be drawn / announced on Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at our weekly cruise/ show event and the lucky winner will be contacted directly at the time of drawing. * Because of our location, this is A cash only event.- entrance fee per car at the gate is $20.00 That covers 1 vehicle, the driver and 1 passenger. Rules of Event
All fee's are to be paid in cash at entrance gate before entering. * All participants are to please wear their wristbands at all times whiles in the park. If you lose or don't wear your wristband, sadly you will have to pay again or be asked to leave. * All vehicles must display their registration card which sticks to windshield ( CAR SAFE REUSEABLE STICKY) with car information and number on the upper left hand side of windshield of the car at all times or your vehicle will not be judged. * Personal canopy/ tents are permitted, but are not to extend outside your parking space and must be weighted down appropriately at all times.*If you don’t have weights, you will be asked to take down /remove it.*You will be held responsible for any damages that are caused to the park property/vehicles or persons should it cause any !
* Please note, for the safety and comfort of everyone that there are no pets allowed in or at our event! * Vested Service dogs are exempt however, they must be leashed and under control at all times! Please take extra caution around show cars as you will be held responsible for any damages that are caused by them ! Also responsible for any cleanup/ scooping needed! * Please note, we have zero tolerance for pets/dogs being left in cars in the parking lot, which will be strictly enforced at all times!

By registering/ entering the event, * All Attendees shall act in a sportsmanlike manner while participating in this event; * Directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, sponsors, commercial exhibitors, and anyone else connected with management and presentation of this event of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and judgments, and/or claims from any clause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person/ property. * Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entries, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or co-operating with entrant and under the direction or control of entrant. * Management will do all in its power to co- operate with participants to ensure a successful event. We ask that you please do the same. Kindly observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules and fire ordinances and maintain conduct befitting a representative of the sport of street machining.
