    Volunteer Survey 2025
  • Almost every ministry in our church is in great need of more people who are willing to serve Our Lord and our community. We currently have wonderful volunteers that serve, but we desperately need more help, especially in certain areas. Ministries marked with an asterisk (*) are in high priority need of volunteers!

Are you willing to serve? Remember, many hands make for light work! Please prayerfully consider one of the many ministries that Holy Spirit has to offer. Take time to read through the descriptions below and check the area(s) that you are interested in, and then submit. Jess, our Parish Life Coordinator, will then be contacting you when needed!

"We ask you to consider the unique skills and talents that God has given you and how you can use those gifts to enrich the mission and life of the Church."

    • WELCOME (Hospitality & Building Community)
    • We are to welcome one another as Christ welcomes all. We are one family in Christ, and still, we are young & old, families & single people, working & retirees, and people with many talents and gifts. Welcome Ministry includes, but is not limited to: Funeral Team*, Hospitality (Cooking, Cleaning), Parish Bazaar

    • WITNESS (Religious Education and Formation)
    • We witness to the life of Christ through the Catholic Church's teachings and living the Gospel. Witness Ministries include but are not limited to: Adult Ministry, Youth Ministry/Faith Formation, Parish Library

    • WALKING IN THE SPIRIT (SPIRITUALITY)
    • In Baptism, we are given the Holy Spirit, which guides what we do and empowers us to live the Gospel. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to pray, to fast from what is unnecessary, and to give compassionately to others. Below is a list of the ministries associated with Walking in the Spirit. We invite you to get involved!

    • WORK OF CHRIST (CHRISTIAN SERVICE & OUTREACH)
    • We are called to do the service (the work) of Christ. We are called to love others and to serve others, especially any in need, with the compassion of Christ. "God has shown you what is good, and what the Lord requires of you: to do justice, to love with mercy, and to walk humbly with your God." (Micah 6:8). Below is a list of ministries associated with the Work of Christ, so we invite you to learn more and join.

    • MISCELLANEOUS
    • We want to sincerely thank you for taking the time to read through and fill out this survey. Volunteering time and service to your parish is something that you never will regret doing. We live in a very busy time, with a lot of stimulation and stressors both in our society and in our homes. It is not in ignorance of how busy life is, that we ask each and every one of you to take a moment and prayerfully consider how you might be able to willingly help serve your parish. God Bless You!
