MAY (1) Month
Setup: May 2 by 6pm, Takedown: MAY 30/31 by 5pm
AND/OR
JUN/JULY (2) Month
Setup June 1 by 6pm. Takedown: July 31 by 6pm
BEFORE APPLYING - Make certain you have read all the Baffle Guidelines, Instructions online. You will be signing an Agreement,that states you are knowledgable and will adhere to the guidelines. We are no longer deviating from our gudielines.
You must be able to meet all Take-in and Art Removal schedules. (no deviations). If you cannot make the specific dates, please make arrangements for someone else to manage it for you.
1) No glass be permitted on 2D framed work.
2) Weight must not exceed 1.5 lbs per piece.
3) Your Artist Contract must be signed online. (Do not US mail anything to the Baffle Coordinator,) as we need it recorded online. The link will be provided to you via email for Baffle assisgnment number.
4) PLEASE download your signed agreement once received via email and retrun to Charcee at charlotte.charcee@gmail.com. Your application is NOT COMPLETE until she receives it.
4) Calendar all of your Hosting dates immediately with Ellen Cramer at COALCALENDAR@gmail.com. The link is provided in your submission email.
5) We communicate via email. Read/Print and save your emails when received, they have all the details that you need and updates.
