As a reflection of our commitment to humane, evidence‑based practice, alignment with host requirements, and the need for appropriate risk management, while upholding the highest standards of working‑dog welfare and supporting a safe training environment for all, the use of e‑collars, prong collars, and choke/slip collars is notpermitted at this event.
  • Please complete all required fields and sign waivers.

Working spots will be confirmed once a complete application has been received and documents approved. Handlers may be assigned to an appropriate skill level to ensure the best learning experience. These steps help us maintain an intentionally low student–instructor ratio and support a high‑quality training environment.

  • In accordance with host facility rules: Dogs are required to be crated in sleeping quarters, are not permitted on beds, in buildings, bathrooms, or any other indoor areas. All dogs must remain on leash at all times unless they are in designated off‑leash areas or actively participating in a supervised working group.

These policies are host facility expectations and are to support the safety and welfare of participants, our working dogs and the public. They help maintain clear liability boundaries throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in removal from the location and/or assesment of damage fees.
