    Working spots are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis and are confirmed only after full application approval. We are committed to the highest standards of health, welfare, and professionalism for our working partners, as well as the image we present to the public. To support this commitment, only humane, welfare‑forward training tools are permitted at the seminar. The use/presence of e‑collars, prong collars, or choke collars is strictly prohibited. Bringing prohibited equipment on site will result in removal from the seminar with no refund.

  • *Testing is available by request on September 17th with three organizations; ESWDA, NSDA or NASAR. Certifications must be scheduled in advance. Email for more information. Additonal fees apply. No certifications will be run during the seminar. 

  • Handler Accomodations and Meal Preferences

    To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all teams, handlers are responsible for providing their own bedding, and all dogs must be crated while in their rooms. In support of our host’s facility standards, dogs are not permitted on beds or inside any buildings such as restrooms or the dining hall.

              If you are no longer able to attend, you may find someone to fill your working spot, and we will also use our waitlist to fill openings where possible. Advanced working spots must be approved by the seminar team before they can be reassigned. All registrations are non‑refundable unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
