Hello,
Thank you for registering for the DSA public lesson.
The class is 2 hours long.
During the 2 hours you will learn the following
1. Range Safety
2. Eye Dominance
3. Basic Archery Form-Coaches will adjust form for improvement.
4. Types of Target Archery Equipment
5. Basic Scoring
You will learn on either a Genesis constrant draw compound bow or an Recurve Barebow.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of completion and a DSA ribbon.
Class is $30 per family member.
Minimum age is 8.
Class is held at our Indoor Archery Range at Ben Avery Shooting Facility that is not open to the public as all the equipment is owned by DSA and not the state.
All shooters MUST wear the following
1. Close toed and heeled shoes (crocs are not allowed)
2. Shirts with shoulders and short sleeves, no muscle shirts or crop tops
3. Long hair must be tied back. Bangs that come below eye level must be bobby pinned back.
4. Pants must be reasonable length (mid calf), no short shorts.
Class dates are as the following-Class is limited to 24 archers.

All participants will be required to fill out this form upon arrival.
NFAA Release Form
Classes start at 8:30AM and go to 10:30AM.
Due to safety, arriving late may be declared a no show.
No Shows do not receive a refund.
Refunds are allowed if we are informed you can not make it 48 hours prior to the class. After the 48 hour window, no refunds.
Please fill out form for each family member, you may need to clear browser history between registrations depending on how your browser is set up.
Exception for refund will apply to very young archers, if the archer does not have the physical strength to pull the bow back, they will receive a refund.
Archers that can not pay attention can be deemed a safety risk and will not be allowed to continue to participate and will forfeit their registration fee.
