  • Telehealth visits are appropriate for conditions that do not require a physical exam.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, abdominal pain, sudden onset of weakness, loss of consciousness, broken bones, severe headache, visual or hearing loss, please call 911 or seek care in an emergency room.

If you are unsure if your condition can be treated via telehealth, please call us at 970-389-7999 and we would be happy to direct you to the most appropriate care.

  • * We do not fill or refill controlled medications. For other medications, we will do a 1 time fill. The amount we fill will depend on the medication.

  • * We can treat uncomplicated bladder infections, via telehealth, in women age 18 to 65. For bladder infections with vomiting, fever and/or back pain, we recommend seeking emergency care.

  • * Please note, if you are experiencing severe abdominal pain with fever, please seek care in an emergency or urgent care to rule out life threatening conditions.

  • * Feel free to call us if you are unsure if your condition can be treated via telehealth.

  • * If you are experiencing Altitude Sickness symptoms, please call us at 970-389-7999 so that we can determine the safest and most effective mode of treatment.

  • * If you are experiencing changes in vision, loss of vision or eye pain, please seek care with an eye specialist or the emergency room.

Pink eye is not commonly painful and does not cause changes in vision.
