  • YOUR FIRST ENTRY IS FREE UP TO AUGUST 31 every year
    There is no limit to how many entries you can submit, nor how many trophies you might win. Your first entry is free if received before August 31.

    You can submit the same entry in as many appropriate sectors/categories as you choose, or you can submit different papers in different sectors/categories on payment of the Additional Entry fees.

    *Additional entries are charged at £150 + VAT each (reduced to £135 + VAT if paid in 14 days).

    *Late Entries received during SEPTEMBER incur a Late Entry Fee of £150 + VAT (reduced to £135 + VAT if paid in 14 days.)

    *We will invoice you for any fees payable, upon receipt of your entry.

  • SECTOR

    This indicates the type of business you are in, so only one sector choice will apply to most companies.  If you tick more than one Sector Box, these will be charged as Additional Entries.
  • I confirm that if I have ticked more than one sector I realise that these will be accepted as additional chargeable entries. Please invoice me for each additional entry indicated.

  • CATEGORIES

    This indicates the type of project you are submitting.  You can enter the same project in more than one category, and each one will be charged as an Additional Entry.   • WHAT THE JUDGES ARE LOOKING FOR

    Other factors that merit additional points include:

    Component of continual improvement and sustainable approach. Demonstrable programme for promotion and dissemination of the work. Monitoring/Reporting Accountability/Transparency.

    We award Champion, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards for the top scorers in each sector/category.
