Title: Data Operations Assistant – In Person (San Juan Area)
Company: ComTrack – Commission Management Software for Insurance Agents
Location: In-Person (San Juan Metro Area)
Hours: Full-time (M–F, 9am–5pm)
Salary: $40,000–$44,000/year (depending on experience)
What You’ll Do:
– Log into health insurance carrier portals (like Humana and UHC)
– Download commission reports
– Upload reports into our software (ComTrack)
– Help generate accurate payroll reports for our clients
– Maintain a checklist to ensure no files are missed
– Identify data errors or mismatches and report them
– Assist with other office tasks as needed
You Are:
– Reliable and detail-oriented
– Good with computers, especially Excel
– Comfortable learning new systems
– Able to follow a structured daily routine
– Discreet with sensitive financial information
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
– Experience in insurance, finance, or payroll
– Strong Excel skills
– Bilingual (English/Spanish)
