Customize merchandise is non-refundable and paid in full.
The turn around time for the completion of the order is 7-10 business days. Please take note that this may change depending on the number of orders, the time payment is cleared, merchandise in stock and time project has been put into queue and completion time.
Taxes and Shipping Fee will be applied for every order.
After submitting this form, we'll check your order and we'll contact you within 24-48 hours for confirmation of receipt of this form.
Before we proceed with creating the products, PAYMENT IN FULL is required before any effort or merchandise is ordered to fullfill your request.
There is a non refundable fee of 80% of total plus re-stocking and any other fees accrued if order is cancelled for any reason for the time put into details which could result in zero dollars.
Mockups are property of PENNmanship Brand.
Mockups are not to be shared or distributed unless contract is just for graphic designs in which a fee will be paid for release of graphic.
