Faith Formation Registration Fees for 2025-2026

All students enrolled in Sacramental Preparation must have a completed application form/packet returned to the Faith Formation office by 10/3/25.

All Sacramental Preparation Material Fees must be paid by 10/3/25.

Confirmation Retreat Fees must be paid shortly after fees are determined.

Other Information:

Do not let financial concerns be an obstacle to your child’s faith education. Call the Faith Formation office for information on Financial Aid or scholarships, if needed.
No refunds are issued on registration after 11/7/25.
All registrations are taken on a first come basis. If a class has to close because there is not enough space or catechists, there is always a home study option.

Flocknote is the communication method that we use to let you know about any changes in Faith Formation, class cancellations, or to notify you about upcoming events and reminders. You can choose to receive your communications through text or email. To enroll, you can either text the word SHoJCC to 84576 or go online at shojcc.flocknote.com and setup a login account. If you unsubscribe from a sacramental preparation group or Faith Formation class group, you will not receive any notices (neither reminders nor emergency messages) from that group.

Student Registration for Faith Formation Classes 2025-2026

(Sacramental Preparation classes have an additional registration form, fee, and requirements. That form must be filled out in addition to the Sacramental Preparation Form.

Registration Choices: (You will be asked for each child you enter below)

Faith Formation - On Campus Classes will have limited space and students will be placed based on this received registration date and down payment. When full capacity is reached, or there are not any additional catechists for a new class, sessions will be closed.

A	Sunday, 5:30-7:00pm, for grades 9-12, Classes are available in English & Spanish.
B	Tuesday, 6:00-7:30pm, for grades K-5. Classes are available in English only.
C	Wednesday, 6:00-7:30pm, for grades 6-8, Classes are available in English & Spanish.
D	Thursday, 6:00-7:30pm, for grades K-5. Classes are available in Spanish only.

Home Study Faith Formation (Parents receive the lessons for the year and teach at home and students turn in assessments)

E	Lessons are completed at home for grades K through 12. Lessons available in English and Spanish.

Order of Christian Initiation (O.C.I.A (Anyone over the age of 7 who is not baptized or not baptized Catholic)

F	Monday, 6:30-8:00pm, for ages 7 and up who are not Baptized Catholic. Available in English and Spanish.

Catholic School Exemption (Will not attend Faith Formation classes, but will attend Sacramental Preparation)
