Pool Membership
Membership is good for all members residing in this Cobb/Loch Lomond household only. Only listed household members are allowed key access. Guests must be accompanied by an adult member unless the guest is your child’s adult babysitter/caregiver.

Our bylaws require members to reside or own property in the Cobb/Loch Lomond area. Any exemptions must be approved by the Board.

Pool Rules
- Members are responsible for guests and their actions.
- GUEST(S) OF A MEMBER MAY NOT BE AT THE POOL WITHOUT an adult member (over 17) who is hosting them, and present at the facility.
- DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
- The Club is not responsible for providing lifeguards. You are responsible for your children and guests.
- The minimum age to be at the pool alone is 17 years of age.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL PERIMETER.
- When lifeguards are on duty, they are responsible for enforcing rules according to Red Cross safety guidelines and pool rules. Please follow the instructions given by the lifeguard and support them in the enforcement of rules for the safety of all members and guests. Any concerns with lifeguards or pool rules should be directed to any member of the Board of Directors.
- Please don't prop open the entry door. When non-members who are not guests are given access to the facility, they are not covered by our insurance and endanger the club and its membership.
- Please don't open the door for kids 'dropped off' by their parents or 'forgot their membership card'. Trespassing is a huge safety and liability issue.
- Display your membership card and lanyard when at the facility.
GUEST RULES
1. Guests must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) active member.
2. A guest is any non-member.
3. Members with guests must sign in when they enter.
4. Do not loan your keys to your guests, they must always be with a member of your household.

EVENT RULES
1. Events must be approved in advance by Board of Directors and proof of appropriate insurance must be presented with application.
2. Events include birthday parties, family reunions, bridal/baby showers, and any gathering other than “usual” pool use.
3. Event applications are found online (see online addresses above) or in the Snack Bar.
4. Please plan your event well in advance to secure your date and obtain insurance. theeventhelper.com offers event insurance
