Ich möchte als Helfer*in kommen für den Bereich (bei 3 Std täglicher Mitarbeit reduziert sich der Festivalbeitrag um 90€)
I want to come as a helper for: (if you work 3 hours a day, the festival fee is reduced by 90€).

 

Hiermit melde ich mich verbindlich für das Festival an.
Den Festivalbeitrag bringe ich am ersten Festivaltag in bar zur Anmeldung mit.

Beitrag:
240-290€ (nach Selbsteinschätzung) plus optional 105€ für Vollverpflegung (überwiegend biologisch – vegan – vegetarisch) und 15€ für Übernachtung in Klassenräumen oder Wohnmobilen (oder ähnlichem).

Ab 4 Wochen vor Beginn des Festivals gibt es einen Spätbucherzuschlag von 20€.
Ab 2 Wochen vor Beginn des Festivals gibt es einen Spätbucherzuschlag von 40€.

Ermässigung auf Anfrage möglich.

Falls ich bis 4 Wochen vor dem Festival absage, wird eine Stornogebühr von 50€ fällig.
Danach wird der volle Festivalbetrag (ohne Übernachtung und Verpflegung) fällig, außer ich finde eine Ersatzperson, die meinen Platz übernimmt.

I hereby register bindingly for the festival.
I will bring the festival fee in cash to the registration desk on the first day of the festival.

Fee:

From 4 weeks before the festival there will be a late booking surcharge of 20€.
From 2 weeks before the festival there will be a late booking surcharge of 40€.
Discount possible on request.

If I cancel up to 4 weeks before the festival, a cancellation fee of 50€ will be charged.
After that, the full festival fee (without accommodation and meals) will be due, unless I find a replacement person to take my place.

 

Ich buche mit Vollverpflegung (vegan und vegetarisch, fast ausschließlich biologisch)
I book with full board (vegan and vegetarian, mostly organic).

 

Mit Übernachtung in Klassenräumen oder Wohnmobil. / With overnight stay in classrooms or camper van.

 

Foto- und Videomaterial kann zu Werbezwecken für weitere Veranstaltungen genutzt. Wenn ich das nicht möchte, spreche ich mit den Veranstalter*innen.
