Your information will be added to Brighton & Hove's disability register, called the Compass.
Amaze looks after the Compass. It holds information about local disabled children and young people aged 0 to 25. It is only for children and young people whose special educational needs and disabilities have a big effect on their daily life. We keep this information safe. We share anonymous data from the register with the local authority. They can use this to help them plan local services for young people with disabilities.
