Booking a space is generally considered a privilege for members of The Clubhouse and therefore requests coming from members will receive preferential treatment. Additionally, members of The Clubhouse also receive a 10% reduction on listed prices.

Non-members are welcome to request the use of The Clubhouse, but do so recognizing The Clubhouse is a private country club and their request may only be accommodated as such.

Therefore, while not required, a membership to The Clubhouse is highly recommended (and is only $60/year for an individual). Please visit www.theclubhousehollyhill.com/join to apply for membership.

The Function Room - $400 flat rate for first two (2)hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.The Lounge - $300 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.Poolside - $300 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy.Poolside with use of pool - $450 flat rate for first two (2) hour period and $100 for each additional hour of use or occupancy. Booking the Poolside space does not allow for guest swimming. If you would like to utilize the pool for swimming during an event, please select "Poolside with use of pool" and note the following:

Any event including the use of the pool and with more than 30 individuals will generate a fee of $10/guest that will be invoiced to your booking. For example, if you have 35 guests, you will have an additional swimmers fee of $50 to cover the 5 guests in excess of 30. This additional fee assists The Clubhouse in managing pool chemical usage associated with bather loads.

Please tell us about your plans for setting up your space. For example, how would you like your tables and/or chairs placed, what logistics are there for your food and beverages? Will you have catering, an event coordinator, and/or a decorator? Will there be any other 3rd party vendors utilized (if so, are they insured)? *

I will receive an invoice with the deposit amount, if the date/times I selected are available. Upon full payment of my deposit, my reservation is considered confirmed. I agree to pay the balance of the booking in advance of my event. The deposit for my space is due no less than 30 days prior to the event date. My deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel this reservation more than 10 days in advance of the reservation, 50% of my deposit is eligible for a one-time transfer for a different available time/date. My deposit is the flat rate for the space I have selected.*
