To take the Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) class at Frisco High School, students must complete this application and submit teacher recommendations. Qualified students will be invited to an interview, and the students for next year’s class will be selected after those interviews. Transportation

Transportation is required to participate in ISM. Students will need to drive themselves to ISM interviews and mentor visits on a consistent, regular basis (approximately one time per week), or a parent will need to be available for this regular, consistent transportation. No exceptions. Students will not be able to complete assignments without transportation and will not be able to earn credit for this course. Students who cannot meet the transportation requirement will not be accepted into ISM.
