The Boro's Artists' Row takes place every Saturday from 8am-12pm. It is located downtown on N. Church Street, next to Main Street Murfreesboro's Saturday Market. (Select all that apply)

Boro Art Hop & Alley Jam - previously titled the May Art Tour, the newly named and first Boro Art Hop & Alley Jam kicks off Friday, May 2 and 3, 2025. You'll hop around the Boro with stops at art centric locales including art studios, gift shops, galleries, coffee shops, and breweries located in and around Murfreesboro. Then on Saturday when the Hop ends the party jam in Graffiti Alley kicks off. (Indicate if you'd like to be a guest artist for the Hop and if you are interested in attending the Jam. Costs: Hop: Member - $20., Non-Member - $25, and Jam: Member - $20.00, Non-Member - $25.

Roots Rendezvous (Sept. 19-21, 2025) is the celebration of Middle TN music and art at Hop Springs, brought to you by Uncle Dave Macon Days. Fee: Member - $25/day or $50/3 days, Non-Members $30/day or $75 for all 3 days of the event. (Select your preferences to participate)

Art Studio Tour (November 21 -23, 2025) Established in 1994, the 31st annual Art Studio Tour will provide visitors a glimpse into the working studios of area fine craft and visual artists. Members may participate via Invitation from a Tour Host, which is a tour studio. Cost: Members - $75, Non-Members - $100.00 which includes membership. (Select all that apply.)

Each participating artist is allocated an 8 ft. x 10 ft. space on the sidewalk for the duration of the market.

Please ensure that all displays, merchandise, and equipment remain within the boundaries of your assigned area.

All participating artists are required to supply their own setup equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, and any other necessary display materials. The event organizers will not provide these items.

Please ensure that your setup is self-contained and does not extend beyond your designated booth space.

Expectations and Requirements of Artists to Participate in Events.

-Each participating artist is allocated an 8 ft. x 10 ft. space on the sidewalk for the duration of the market.

-Please ensure that all displays, merchandise, and equipment remain within the boundaries of your assigned area.

-All participating artists are required to supply their own setup equipment, including but not limited to tables, chairs, and any other necessary display materials. The event organizers will not provide these items.

- Outside artists must bring weights for tents, denote if electricity is needed, and supply their lighting.

- Inside artists must coordinate setup, takedown, and lighting needs with the assigned venue.

- Artists are encouraged to demonstrate their work during events

- All events are rain or shine.

- No refunds for cancellations.

- Artists may opt not to participate in any event for which they applied for any reason with the understanding that a refund will not be provided and should not be expected.

- Once set up, artists are expected to stay onsite for the entire event. Artists must petition Crawl management to depart an event early and only for weather, health, or family reasons. All other departures will negate an artist's membership benefits regarding event fees for the remainder of the calendar year.

- Art Crawls, Hops, and Rendezvous are juried. Studio Tour is by invitation. Takeovers are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Waiver of Liability & Acknowledgement

By submitting this application and participating in the events presented by Church Street Gallery, Legacy Ink Design, the Stones River Crafts Association, and the Boro Art Crawl, the undersigned artist acknowledges:

- I understand that all events are held rain or shine, and I am responsible for protecting my work. I know I am solely responsible for my artwork, display materials, and personal belongings during the event(s), including setup, exhibition, and takedown.

- I release and hold the event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, volunteers, and affiliated entities harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or loss, including but not limited to injury, theft, damage, or acts of vandalism.

- I accept full responsibility for my booth and conduct during the event and for abiding by all rules and regulations for the Crawl, Downtown, Murfreesboro, TN, Rutherford County, TN, and all other venues, tour and hop hosts, those businesses with ownership across Graffiti Alley, and all other locales involved with the events listed on this prospectus.

- I understand that failure to comply with any event policies may result in my removal from the event without further participation in subsequent events for the remainder of the calendar year, and there will be no refund for the participation fees I paid.
